The Royal Welsh Order of True Dragon Bearers (RWOTDB) is a sovereign cultural and legal institution headquartered in Cymru (Wales), dedicated to the guardianship of ancient wisdom, the protection of sacred lands, and the defence of sovereign natural law. Rooted in the spiritual traditions of the Cymric people and aligned with the ethos of Merlinic stewardship, the Order operates at the intersection of heritage, justice, and planetary resilience.
Founded formally in 2024, the RWOTDB traces its lineage through the mytho-historical traditions of Yr Hen Ogledd and the Pendragon bloodlines. It was established by Kelvin John Childs, a veteran rope access specialist, cultural guardian, and founder of the Welsh School of Ascension Techniques (WSAT), as part of a broader movement to reclaim and protect Cymric sovereignty and spiritual heritage.
The Order's foundational doctrines are enshrined in a suite of legal and philosophical documents archived under the WSAT-RSRCH framework. These include sovereign declarations, legal notices submitted to international bodies such as the ICJ and the UK Ministry of Defence, and operational directives regarding national infrastructure protection.
Symbolically represented by Yr Ddraig Aur (The Golden Dragon Standard), the RWOTDB also bears a distinct and sacred crest: a golden dragon in flight, flanked by a Pale Horse and the Red Dragon of Wales, rising above the layered waters of Admiralty Law. The sword of Excalibur gleams subtly just above the waterline—hidden in plain sight—representing truth, justice, and sacred authority. Beneath this, the fleur-de-lis motif reminds us of divine lineage and purity of intent, harmonising ancient chivalry with Cymric sovereignty.

This crest encapsulates the Order’s values: balance between earth and sky, wisdom and strength, truth and mercy. The Pale Horse, long misunderstood, symbolises Sacred Justice—the force that rides with clarity, courage, and command of unseen law. In unison with the Golden Dragon, it forms a powerful icon of planetary stewardship and spiritual guardianship.
The Order honours sacred sites such as Cefn Bryn and Maen Ceti (Arthur's Stone), using them as focal points for ceremony, research, and harmonic resonance alignment. These locations form geomantic nodes of significance within the Order’s scalar grid, serving as gateways for both personal transformation and global energetic stability.
The RWOTDB operates a tiered structure of membership, beginning with initiatory rites that involve offerings to Rex Nemorensis and Mother Nature, and includes a defined Code of Conduct rooted in the Golden Dragon Standards. It explicitly recognizes the use of cannabis for enlightenment and protects spiritual expression under its Legal Code.
The Order also maintains close operational alignment with KJC Industrial and WSAT, integrating its teachings across industrial safety, planetary defence, and cultural diplomacy.
As of 2025, the Order continues to actively engage with governmental and diplomatic bodies, asserting its legitimacy through peaceful documentation, public outreach, and strategic foresight operations, including "Operation Midsummer's Hammer."
This post marks the formal digital introduction of the Order’s crest and invites recognition of the deeper symbolism it holds—not merely as art, but as an encoded invocation of truth, honour, and remembrance. May those who see it feel its call.
